Ashtanga
Jill is a dedicated Ashtanga practitioner and teaches in the style of Sri K. Patthabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Her lead classes are a detailed exploration of the system of ashtanga, it’s asanas, breath (ujai and pranayama), bandhas, and philosophy. Open to all levels, Jill lovingly leads you through what is a rigorous practice, paying close attention to each student. Her commitment to the joy and practice of yoga is a delight, and she infuses her classes with a unique blend of wisdom from many ancient traditions. The end of every class includes a beautiful meditation with the sonically healing crystal chakra bowls. You will leave her classes feeling fulfilled, nourished and refreshed

Kids Yoga
The benefits of Yoga for Children of all ages are well documented. Children as young as preschool, through elementary and middle school, and students all the way up to high school benefit from the cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling, music, and art engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of the 5, 6 and 7-year old child. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body-awareness, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. Each class is limited to 8 students and provides lots of hands on specialized care for each child.

Intro to Yoga & MeditationJill supports those wanting to explore yoga and meditation through a series of introductory classes offered at special times of the year. All classes are offered in a loving and safe environment, with personal attention to each student, supporting each student’s intention. Yoga is the joining together of the mind, body and breath, thereby bringing the awareness fully into the present moment, alleviating negativity, anxiety and fostering a sense of well-being and emotional equanimity. Reduce stress, and the impact of stress on your body and your mind and your emotions, bring all the systems of the physical body and the energetic body back into alignment, feel great, look great, and tap your own innate wellspring of joy and well being, through the practice of yoga and meditation. Vinyasa Flow
This class utilizes the Astanga vinyasa system of linking breath and body movements into a more creative blend of asanas. This practice will support your astanga practice if you have one, as well as provide strength, flexibility, purification of body and mind, and deep relaxation. Each class is a bit different, and all classes end with a healing relaxation, accompanied by the magical crystal chakra bowls.
